Our dedicated and attentive staff is always on hand to provide warm hospitality and practical solutions.
Guests can further strengthen their relationships and networks while relaxing and enjoying the beautifully landscaped gardens.

Included in the day package is:

All the standard conference equipment: Packages can be custom made to meet your requirements. Secretarial services can be available on request.

 See the menu for catering options.

Arrival:  Tea / Coffee / rusk on arrival

Teatime: Filter coffee/tea / 100% fruit juice and a selection of sweet and savoury snacks

Lunch: Hot lunch from our standard selection with 100% fruit juice, coffee and tea.

Afternoon break: Tea / coffee / biscuits

 

Half day: Arrival and 1 break coffee/ tea/fruit juice and snacks

Lunch can be served on the Patio, or in case of colder weather in the Magalies Hall.

 

Both the Magalies and Akasia Hall are equipped with a sound system and a hi-tech projector, sound in the Platinum and Aloe is available on request.

Flip-over charts are available on request.

Bottled water and mints for every guest.

Save parking and security.

The Refundable insurance fee will be paid back to you in the week after the event. If there are any breakages, it will be recovered from this amount.

We look forward to hosting yours in the future.

NOTE: Hosting includes a projector, PA system & other facilities;

Capacity for a Classroom of up to 180pax; Round Tables 10pax;

Hosting for events such as Seminars, Conferences, Memorial Services, Church Groups (Cinema Style: up to 200)
